Las Cruces UkeFest 2020, except for the Friday evening concert, will be held at the beautiful New Mexico Farm & Ranch Heritage Museum. This state-run facility offers us several workshop spaces. In your free time, you can explore the indoor and outdoor exhibits, with everything from art and history to goats and milking cows.
We’ve arranged to cover the cost for festival attendees to explore the museum Saturday if you find yourself with some free time. Just show your festival name badge and you’re set to wander the exhibits. On Sunday the museum opens to the public at noon and admission is $5.
The museum is located just off Interstate 25 in Las Cruces at 4100 Dripping Springs Road. Take the University exit (Exit 1) and go east 1.5 miles.
The Friday night concert will be held at the New Mexico State University Atkinson Center for the Performing Arts, giving us plenty of room for ukulele lovers to attend the concert. It is located in the NMSU Music Building, just south of the new Center for the Arts, off University on Espina. Parking is indicated in the second map below.
