Returning to NMSU in 2026!

In 2026, we’ll return to New Mexico State University. Our Saturday and Sunday events will be held on the third floor of the NMSU Corbett Center Student Union, with plenty of free parking nearby. The spacious rooms, delicious catered lunch, and convenient free parking make this location a winner!

We are returning to the beautiful Atkinson Recital Hall in the New Mexico State University Music Building.

Lodging: Your Choice!

In years past, we’ve worked out agreements with area hotels to try to get our attendees the best deal. However, things have changed in the hotel industry and it is harder for us to come to an agreement without our nonprofit being financially responsible for unsold rooms in a reserved block. Therefore, we are encouraging you to select the lodging option of your choice. There are several hotels within an easy driving distance of NMSU, plus AirBnB and other options like that. We hope this news isn’t disappointing, but we believe that most attendees would likely get the same rate we would be able to negotiate by using their own AAA, AARP, or other discount.

Bringing your room with you? There are a few RV parks in the area, but most of our RVing attendees gather at Hacienda RV Park, which is just a few miles away.
